Tulsa Innovation Labs Releases Year in Review

Damon’s Droneography

Simply put, Tulsa Innovation Labs wants to make Tulsa THE place for technology and after looking at their 2023 year in review, we’d say it’s working.

  • Let’s Get Technical: A big win by TIL, a group originated by George Kaiser aimed at creating incentives for tech companies to move to Tulsa, is that the Federal Government named the former oil capitol a tech hub. The designation gives a Tulsa Innovation Labs umbrella of companies up to $75M dollars in funding for developing unmanned aerial systems, drones, cybersecurity, and generative AI.

  • New Jobs Much? 200,000 new jobs could be created with the tech hub designation. In addition, TIL launched Build Back Better Programs alongside OSU-Tulsa’s announcement of the LaunchPad. It’s a tech teaching program that offers new tools and flexible hours for students who want to dive into tech.

Tulsa Real Estate and Home+Design Company Takes the Guess Work Out of Kitchen Makeovers

Tulsa Home+Design

There’s no reason to feel blue after seeing this Southern Hills area home kitchen makeover in Tulsa.

  • The Blue Edition: This kitchen is the most dramatic before and after for Tulsa Home+Design. Designers took a small outdated kitchen and doubled the size to overlook the family room. The cabinets are brushed with a blue favorite; Benjamin Moore Granite Peak. Throw in some quartzite countertops, rich gold finishes, geometric lighting and a top notch stove and even the non-cooks are searching for a recipe.

  • Your Turn to Transform: If you’ve been pinning kitchen renovations, new bathrooms or even new-to-you homes to your dream board, the team at Tulsa Home+Design can help you make it a reality. They’ll help you buy, sell, design, and renovate the perfect space for you and yours.

Damon’s Droneography

Wrangle the whole family for wrestling like no other at the BOK Center in March!

  • See You on the Mat: The Big 12 Wrestling Match happens on March 9th and 10th. The competitors are hoping to wrestle their way in to the NCAA Wrestling Championship. That happens in Kansas City March 21-23. We will naturally roll out the red carpet or ‘mat’ in this case!

  • Wrestle Me Wonderful: BOK Center officials say they want to make the experience extra special for wrestling super fans this year. They are offering a new club space for fans who need a close-up view of the action. The 250-person, open-air, premium hospitality space is located mat-side and is available to add-on to all ticket buyers.

Tickets went on sale last week. You can get them HERE.
