City of Tulsa Considers Converting Downtown Buildings to Apartments

Tulsa Daily

With so many people working from home these days, office buildings are getting quieter. Downtown Tulsa could be the new destination for living.

  • Move-In Ready: Tulsa’s got a bit of a housing shortage and Partner Tulsa wants to help with that. Its looking at empty office space in downtown. An estimated 1,300 units could be created out of empty office space which would help with roughly 10% of the 13,000 units needed by 2033.

  • Talk About a View: Downtown Tulsa has transformed over the last 20 years with so much excitement. Residents could walk to find just about anything they need when it comes to food, entertainment and downright fun.
