Oklahoma’s Most Historic Run is Back in Its 46th Year. The TTCU Tulsa Run Takes Off Saturday
The TTCU Tulsa Run hits the ground running with a 15k, 5k and 2.1k Saturday morning.
Ramped Up Runners: More than 150,000 finishers have run Tulsa streets in the Tulsa Run 15k over the last 45 years. This year they’ll get complimentary full sized candy bars, a cold beer and a nice slice of Simple Simon’s Pizza at the Finish Line Fest.
Timed Tradition: It’s hard not to get a runner’s high when it comes to the tradition of the Tulsa Run. There’s a very special pair hitting the pavement Saturday, a grandfather who has crossed the finish line in every Tulsa Run except the first. Claremore resident Ray Lattanzia will run this year’s race with his granddaughter.
