October Was TIA’s Busiest Month in 15 Years
More than 149,000 passengers flew from TIA in October making it the busiest month since July of 2008.
Flying High: The growth at Tulsa International Airport is attributed to investments in airport improvements and increasing regional traffic, making it a reliable transportation hub for the region. That’s according to Simple Flying. Tulsa International Airport has experienced record passenger growth with a 4.5% year-over-year increase.
A Steady Climb: Airport leaders are always open to ways to make traveling more convenient. That’s why they added a recent direct flight to New York and hope to offer more one stop shops in the future. They are also welcoming people without tickets to visit. You can get a visitor’s pass to the terminals.
