NOMA stands for ‘North of Market’ and the new mixed use development is expected to kick up even more activity along Route 66.

  • Live, Shop, Eat: The project will be built by ITULSA and pre-leasing is already underway expected to open soon. CEO of ITULSA believes the "corridor is ripe for development, which is why this 4.4-acre site needs to be more than just crumbling concrete.”

  • I’d Like to Thank: The James Beard Awards were established in 1990 and recognize exceptional talent and achievement in the culinary arts, hospitality, media and broader food system. Nominees demonstrated commitment to equity, community, and sustainability. The 2024 Restaurant and Chef winners will be announced in Chicago June 10th.

Mayoral Candidate Town Hall Happening Tonight

Mayor G.T. Bynum will finish out is final term this year but tonight we get to learn about the 3 candidates vying for his spot.

  • A Tough Job: But someone’s gotta do it! The 3 mayoral candidates are current Tulsa County Commissioner Karen Keith, Oklahoma State Representative Monroe Nichols and City Councilor Jayme Fowler. Tulsans will choose their next Mayor in August.

  • Inquiring Minds: You can have a chance to ask each candidate your tough questions at the first ever Tulsa Mayoral Candidate Town Hall. It’s happening tonight at the Southminster Presbyterian Church at 6p. The Brookside Neighborhood Association is putting on the free event.
