New Downtown Tulsa Restaurant Open With Nod to Oil Boom History

Tulsa Daily

The former oil capitol of the world is booming with new restaurants and downtown’s latest, Barons on 1st is a hit.

  • Destination for Delectable Dining: We tried the fine dining restaurant that is a celebration of the finer things named for Tulsa’s oil tycoons who enjoyed the extraordinary and exquisite alongside the everyday. The scene at Barons on 1st is just as savory as the food. The green velvet couch by the fireplace makes you want to curl up with a book and sip a signature Coconut Palm.

  • Marvelous Menu: We had the beautiful Barons Chopped Salad, the Beef Short Ribs, the Filet Mignon, and the oh so velvety Celery Root Soup. Exquisite! Raise your glass and enjoy an evening of extravagance at Barons on 1st, open Tuesday through Saturday.
