New Restaurant Opens at Tulsa’s Guthrie Green

En Fuego

En Fuego is open and Tulsans are already talking about the banging baja-inspired Mexican food.

  • It’s Getting Hot in Here: En Fuego at the Guthrie Green is open for lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor seating. Chef Cody Shell said he’s not trying to reinvent the wheel but elevate the taco stand. It’s a casual stop with items like fried avocado, tuna poke nachos, and tres leches bread pudding that originally had a Brookside presence.

  • Bring Back the Dip: The new location has over 50 bottles of high-end tequila behind the bar and the family friendly food experience is perfect for a day at the park without having to pack your own picnic.
