The Oklahoma Museum of Pop Culture (OKPOP) is dancing to a new beat with a $2 million grant, courtesy of Tulsa County. As a part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, this investment ensures that Tulsa's pop culture heritage has a fitting home.

• ARPA's Encore Performance: Tulsa County's $2 million grant, designed to offset pandemic-related losses, adds to the crescendo of support for OKPOP. It follows an $18 million joint venture from the state legislature and private donors in 2023, emphasizing the collective commitment to T-T-Town's cultural heartbeat.

• Construction's Final Act: While the museum's exterior is ready, the interior is still being perfected. Don’t worry, though, OKPOP's construction is nearing its finale, and we have no doubt it will be worth the wait.
