Keeping properties on point can be a challenge for real estate groups and property managers. There’s a new team of handymen and women in town to help!

  • Around the House: FastFixr is a maintenance and repair service company that has already been fixing up homes, apartments and condos in the Inland Northwest area since 2017. Now, it’s opening up in Tulsa! It’s certified, vetted, handymen and women can handle minor electrical and plumbing, wall repair, painting, broken door parts, lighting and most small repairs around the house.

  • Quick Quality Fix: The repairs can be done with care and fast! Individual homeowners aren’t the ideal customer for this business but perfect for those with multiple properties to take care of. FastFixr caters to real estate agents and property managers who have multiple homes and units with repair needs on items like smoke detectors, water heaters and valve pipes. Tulsa Fire Department Teams Up With Red Cross to Install Free Smoke Detectors

Tulsa Daily

Having a working smoke detector increases your chance of survival by 50%. That’s why Tulsa Fire Department gathered volunteers to install free detectors to those in need.

  • Sound the Safety Alarm: 158 smoke detectors were installed in Tulsa homes during the latest round of checks by TFD, Red Cross of Oklahoma and other volunteers who are passionate about fire safety. They went door to door installing the life saving devices at no charge.

  • Detecting Danger: Along with the installations, they shared information on the causes of home fires, how to prevent them and what to do if one starts. Smoke detectors need to be checked every month and the batteries replaced once a year. Firefighters say that smoke detectors should be replaced every ten years but not everyone can afford that.

Tulsa Designers Create Marble Bathroom Oasis

Tulsa Home+Design

When it comes to getting ready for the day, the Tulsa Home+Design team wanted these homeowners to enjoy it in a marvelous marble bathroom.

  • Marble on Marble: When the request was made for a crisp and clean vibe for this bathroom renovation, Tulsa Home+Design drew up plans for peace and restoration. The walls were painted with Benjamin Moore’s Chantilly Lace. Throw in lots of marble with great patterns, a quartzite topped vanity, plenty of gold hardware and the bathroom oasis is set for optimism.

  • Your Turn to Transform: If you’ve been in the mood for better outdoor living, a new mess-less mudroom, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room or even a new-to-you home, the team at Tulsa Home+Design can help you! They’ll guide you through buying, selling, designing and renovating the perfect space for the whole family.
